LeVia is a scratch kitchen and BYOB concept, with a comfortable and casual atmosphere. Family gatherings for us often meant socializing around the kitchen, where good food and drink were plentiful  Our food can be something you would find at Grandma's house, or a modern regional take on Italian classics and techniques.  We are run by Chef Anthony and the Castine family. 

 

Our focus at LeVia is on fresh, quality ingredients, as well as a casual and friendly but attentive service. We strive to source the best products and ingredients from local farms and purveyors when possible. We believe in supporting small businesses and farmers in the local and regional community. 

 

  Our Grandmother Levia is the champion here. She’s our namesake and inspiration, and the  reason we’ve come to love food and hospitality in the way that we do. She was an Italian woman with pure and true values.
